🔄 Return & Refund Policy – Passon

Your happiness with every piece of jewelry matters to us. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Time frame: Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Exclusions: The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

    • Customized or personalized jewelry (e.g., photo projection necklaces, engraved pieces)

    • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

    • Gift cards

    • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at passon-cn@outlook.com with:

    • Your order number

    • The item(s) you wish to return

    • Reason for return (optional but appreciated)

  2. Receive return authorization – We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

  3. Pack your item securely – Include the original packaging and a copy of your order confirmation.

  4. Ship the package – Use a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was mis-shipped by us.

Important: Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.


3. Return Shipping Costs

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 5–7 business days after delivery), we will:

  • Approve refund – Refund will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, etc.).

  • Refund amount – Full product price (excluding original shipping costs, unless the return was due to our error).

  • Processing time – Refunds may take 3–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If your return is rejected (e.g., item shows signs of wear, missing tags, or hygiene seals broken), we will notify you and ship the item back to you at your expense, or you can request a store credit.


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, color, or size:

  • Return the original item following the process above.

  • Place a new order for the desired item.

This helps you receive your new jewelry faster.


6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your jewelry arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Email passon-cn@outlook.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Photos or a short video clearly showing the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including original shipping costs) at no extra charge.
