At PASSON, we want every piece of jewelry to reach you safely and with joy. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends & public holidays).

Custom or engraved items (e.g., photo projection necklaces) may take 3–7 business days to prepare.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times and rates depend on your location.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email (and SMS, if opted in). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, please:

Check with neighbours or your local post office.

Contact the carrier directly.

Then reach out to us at passon-cn@outlook.com – we will help file a claim.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees that may be charged by your local customs authority.

does not collect VAT/GST at checkout (except where required by law). Please check with your local customs office for estimated fees.

We are not responsible for packages delayed or returned due to unpaid customs fees.
💡 Tip for EU customers: You may be charged VAT upon delivery. To avoid surprises, consider ordering with a friend or using a local delivery address if available.
5. Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

Lost in transit: If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days (domestic) or 20 business days (international), contact us. We will investigate and either reship or refund at our discretion.

Stolen after delivery: We are not responsible for packages stolen after tracking shows “delivered”. Please ensure a safe delivery location.

Damaged item: If your jewelry arrives damaged, please email photos of the product & packaging within 7 days of delivery to passon-cn@outlook.com. We will send a replacement or issue a refund.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you realise an error immediately after placing your order, contact us within 12 hours. Once the order is processed or shipped, address changes may not be possible. Reshipment due to customer address error will be charged at the original shipping rate.
7. Returns & Refunds for Shipping Issues
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or unclaimed customs fees, we will notify you. You may choose to:

Pay for reshipment (shipping fee again), or

Receive a refund for product value only (original shipping fees are non-refundable).
